Inside the frame of nowadays societies, more dynamic and mobile, families and individuals are part of each time more diverse and heterogenous typologies. This way, this social-environmental reality forces us to pay more attention and do a better follow up of these new sensitivities, specially important in teenagers, and impose new methodological approaches in the resolution of conflicts, based on the reinforcement of the dialogue between the different implied parts in a school: students, teaching team and families.
The department of resolution of conflicts is therefore one of the key pieces for the good general operation of the center and a key tool in the reinforcement of the tutoring action.
